  • Next up, you’ll connect with one of my trusted mortgage pros to get your financing sorted and lock in your pre-approval. That way, when we start touring homes, you’re already in a strong position—clear on your budget and ready to make a move when the right place shows up.

  • During this session, we’ll walk through the entire homebuying process—from start to finish—including showing etiquette, fees, and the specific rules and regulations we’ll follow for buying in Virginia.

  • Over the next few days or weeks (sometimes months), I’ll schedule showings that matches your criteria vs what is currently in the market—maximizing your time and aiming to exceed every expectation. More than a home, it’s your legacy.

  • Once we’ve found the one, it’s go time. I’ll walk you through the offer process step-by-step—breaking down price strategy, contingencies, timelines, and any terms that strengthen our position. With my negotiation expertise, we’ll craft a compelling offer that puts you in the best possible spot to win.

  • We’re in the home stretch—literally. During closing, I’ll keep everything on track by coordinating with lenders, inspectors, attorneys, and the title company to make sure every detail is handled.
